Stop the Sacramento Land Grab

Instead of working with cities and counties to enact laws that would actually fix the housing crisis without attacking property values and quality of life, Sacramento politicians have struck a deal with big developers to bulldoze neighborhoods.

Our measure will put communities back in charge of community decisions, as well as fight against urban sprawl, worsening traffic and parking issues. It will protect property values while promoting affordable housing and our quality of life.

Community Voices

For far too long, California has relied on a broken land use planning system driven by Sacramento politicians and special interests without nearly enough emphasis on creating more affordable housing or mixed-income communities that our neighborhoods need in order to thrive.

We all care about affordable housing and housing choice. We also care about our infrastructure. We need to make smart decisions for every city and you can’t do that from an ivory tower.
